Julie has extensive experience in coaching and training people to achieve measurable success with a focus on ensuring a high level of engagement in a productive and collaborative work environment. This is evidenced by Julie’s unique blend of diverse professional experience in human resource management, business management and sales and marketing.

Julie has utilised her background in talent management to lead some significant projects in various industries ranging from professional services to public sector organisations. Recent experience includes leading a project within a large transport organisation to introduce a leadership capability framework which outlined leadership success competencies in all talent management initiatives.

Julie held senior roles in a large global professional services firm and led a national project which successfully launched a change management program on flexible work practices. During this time, Julie coached executives through to front line staff as they moved through this significant change.

Julie spent fifteen years in managerial roles both within Australia and the United Kingdom. This includes managing and overviewing a joint venture relationship with the largest information technology supplier in the United Kingdom. Predominant managerial experience has come from managing the Human Resource and Marketing functions in national and international professional services firms.
